Last June 5, 2023 , a significant and auspicious event unfolded during the flag ceremony in Silang Cavite. This event marked the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Local Government Unit(LGU) of Silang and the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA). The MOA signing was a collective effort , led by the dynamic dedicated members of the Silang Municipal Government Mayor Alston Kevin Anarna spearheaded this momentous event together with Vice Mayor Gen. Ted Carranza who played crucial role in fostering cooperation between LGU Silang and the NCCA, Dir. Oscar Casaysay (NCCA Director), Members of the Sanguniang Bayan Council, Municipal Administrator Nataniel Anarna, Atty. Ireneo Anarna (Legal Council). The MOA signing was also witnessed by Mr. Phillip Medina, Atty Jhessa Lizano Malabanan and Esmeralda Vinzon
