Construction of the New Municipal Library
We are thrilled to inform the residents of our beloved town (Silang) that an exciting project is currently in progress at the Old Municipal Hall ground floor. The construction of our new Municipal Library generously funded and wholeheartedly supported by our esteemed Mayor Alston Kevin Anarna and Vice Mayor Edward Carranza is well underway. ​The facility will not only be as testament to our commitment to education and community development but also a symbol of our town's progress and dedication to the enrichment of all Silangueno's lives. ​The new library is designed to meet the standards of functionality and providing welcoming and comfortable environment for readers of all ages. With increased space and enhanced facilities, the library will house collections of books, digital resources and educational materials to cater to the diverse needs interests of the community ​It will serve as a more than just a repository of knowledge, our new Municipal Library will be a vibrant community hub , offering variety of programs, workshops and events to engage and empower all Silanguenos. ​It will be situated at the Old Municipal Hall, Ground Floor. Poblacion II. It will be located at the heart of the our town, easily accessible to everyone. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Alston Kevin Anarna and Vice Mayor Edward Carranza for their unwavering dedication to this project, which promises to be a valuable asset to our town for the generations to come. ​
Generous donation of 5 Laptops
During the recent budget deliberation, our esteemed Municipal Administrator, Nataniel Anarna made an abrupt and generous donation of 5 laptops to Silang Municipal Library The unexpected act of kindness underscore the unwavering support and commitment of our local leaders to enhance the resources and services of the library. These laptops will significantly enhance our digital capabilities and further our mission to promote digital literacy and access to information
